Eugene Gulley is definetly no stranger when it comes to music. For years he taught indy artists about articulation,voice projection and the correct way to write bars. E Gulley is definetly a pioneer and a force to be reckon with. He launched his own label and for many years he gave artists their first chance to be heard and seen. He speak consistantly about infrastructure for indy artists and companies. In many ways he's a lot like P.Diddy he's most definetly is a perfectionist and a music mogule. As the seinor A&R for Bentley Boyz Ent,he's making an impact on the game. He works prolifictly and have relationships with labels such as Collipark Interscope,Atlantic and Jive Records just to name a few. E.Gulley is not looking for the next Cris brown,Bow wow,T.I or any whose has already made their contribution to the game. He looks for artists that have their own originality,but with the qualities of the major artists. Bentley Boyz is a new label that has a joint venture partnership distribution through Fase1/Fontana/Universal. John ferguson over at Fase1ent. and Ron Spaulding at Fontana Distribution which is an arm of Universal Music Group. Work dilegently and established a life time partnership with Universal's C.E.O Doug Morris. E.Gulley encourages indy artists to promote themselves through every avenue such as myspace,youtube,constant web and email blast and make radio friendly songs that could be percieve as good music.
